Termites Never Sleep.
In the ACT, homes are at a high risk for termite attacks, and the damage is rarely covered by home insurance. A standard vendor report often misses the subtle, early signs of an infestation. Commissioning your own specialized termite inspection ensures you aren't inheriting someone else's expensive problem. It gives you the entire picture, ensuring you have absolute confidence in the structural integrity of your property.
Find Hidden Activity
Termites consume timber from the inside out. We use advanced techniques to detect subterranean nests and active trails before they cause major structural failure.
Local Termite Knowledge
Termite behavior in Canberra is unique. John understands the local species, soil conditions, and common risk factors specific to the ACT region, providing you with targeted advice.
Thermal Camera Imaging
We don't just look — we scan. Thermal cameras detect moisture and heat signatures associated with active termite colonies behind walls that are completely invisible to the naked eye.
Photographic Evidence
Every report includes 50-100 high-resolution, annotated photographs documenting exactly what we found. You see the evidence we see — no vague descriptions, no guesswork.
Everything you need to buy and live with confidence.
